The other thing that one should need to understand regarding the diet is to maintain reality. There are varieties of processed food & one might be junkie with them. People used to eat processed foods because they are easy. One just pops in the microwave and are ready to eat. They are full of chemicals which slow down the procedure of losing the fat.
